Earlier Reshiram and Zekrom were controlled by 2 brothers. In those 2, 1 believed in Truth and 1 believed in idle and in the past times. Who was not with the truth their kingdom was burned with Reshirams fire , who was lost his/her idle their kingdom was struck with the lightning and thunder or Zekrom, After a period of time, there was a war in both brothers which finished the whole unova region . 

Reshiram:

Reshiram is a Dragon/Fire-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation 5. It is the mascot for Pokémon Black. It is part of the Tao Trio, along with Zekrom and Kyurem.

Zekrom:

Zekrom is a Dragon/Electric-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation V. It is the mascot for Pokémon White. It is part of the Tao Trio, along with Reshiram and Kyurem.
